Applications for the 2025 Santavicca Scholarship

The Oxford Presbyterian Deacons are honored to support the ministry and faith formation of our Church’s future leaders with the offering of the Gene and Faye Santavicca Christian Ministry Scholarship. The Santavicca Scholarship was created to help support the education of a person who is pursuing or advancing a vocation in Christian Ministry. 

Candidates for this scholarship must be endorsed by the session of their church and enrolled at least as an inquirer by the Presbytery of the candidate’s local church. Ordinarily, they shall be a full-time student at an accredited theological seminary, achieve a notable academic record, and demonstrate a variety of beneficial contributions to their church. They must show worthy characteristics of leadership, ambition and creativity and clearly articulate how the scholarship would help them financially.
