Bridges out of Poverty

In August of 2021, the ESP Team sponsored a community-wide all-day Bridges out of Poverty training program, conducted by Jeff Diver, Directory of Supports to Encourage Low-Income Families, the Butler County Community Action Program. Mr. Diver is the District Director on the Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies’ Board of Directors and a lifetime certified “Bridges Out of Poverty” trainer. He conducts trainings and strategic planning for other Community Action Agencies across Ohio as a part of the association’s Internal Consultant Program.

This training allowed members of the ESP team and the Community to study, engage, and understand topics concerning poverty in our local communities as well as imaging Oxford without poverty.
