Ring Out For Climate!

Our Caring for Creation team will be ringing the bells of both the Memorial and the Seminary church for 30 minutes on October 30, 2021 to solemnly raise awareness for the stakes of the global COP 26 Climate Conference that begins in Glasgow, Scotland on the 31st of October.  COP 26 is broadly seen as a critical opportunity for nations to set meaningful greenhouse gas reduction targets and avert catastrophic levels of warming. The bells of churches in Glasgow on Saturday, October 30th will be ringing out both a welcome to conference delegates from around the world, as well as warning to remind them of the urgency of the dangers we now face.  We are pleased to be joining churches in the US and around the world in this action.
