Using pre-formatted styles – paragraph, headings, quotes, and lists enable creation of visually pleasing accessible* content.

Note: Text can also be formatted as BOLD or ITALIC
*Screen readers use formatting tags to aide the user in finding the exact content they are looking for.


This is “Paragraph” – it is the style should be selected for most text.

Tip – a “soft-return”  – using shift and return together
will create a single line space.

A “hard-return” – simply using a return will create separate paragraphs with spacing in between them.


This is Heading 1 – it  should be used for main headings only.


This is Heading 2 – It should be used for subheadings.  Think of it like the main topics on an outline.

A quote content block allows you to add visual interest to a block of text

Adding a background color

You can use background colors to create visual interest. The preferred background color for the OPC is the light tan found in the blocks color settings.
